Looking for Women Riders!!!!!!

Sounds a little brazen, but my intentions are honorable.
Really!

So my wife, with little to no motorbike experience, says she is interested in seeing Mongolia, Tibet, and China. SO of course I say, "Great! Lets go. You can ride on the back of my bike..."
That didn't fly, So we talk about the different means of travel, and she knocks my socks off and says that she wants to ride her own motorbike on the adventure.
So she starts researching the region, bikes, training, etc. She is totally amped on the trip!
Next thing I know she is talking to a film maker, and wants to put together women's trip produce a commercial DVD for it. Something like Mondo Enduro...

SO, like the ad says, I (WELL Really She) are looking for Women Riders who would like to Co-Star in the DVD, and who have an interest in travels to the Far East.

A little vague, I realize, but this is a budding dream. If there are connections out there, I would really like to foster her interest in adventure travel!

If I get any interest here, I am going to pass it off to her.

Thanks for you help and interest!

I might be interested depending on when. Already have a 3 wk Enfield trip planned Oct-Nov. Quitting my job, so I'm pretty much flexible on schedule Sep 08 - ? Was planning to travel around S/SE/E Asia for at least 7 months anyway.

the big ride

Hi-- This is a great trip you're planning. I would like to offer my experience if I can help you in any way. Female rider, toured solo several big trips ( Alaska to Mexico etc.)
I have lived and traveled in Asia since 1983 and led over 75 tours in Asia since 1989, incuding India, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, China, Thailand, Burma, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia.
Best wishes on this venture!

You might want to go to www.horizonsunlimited.com to do research. You are not allowed to ride in Tibet and China unsupervised and supervision cost boatloads of money- I met two girls that brought a land rover in and the guards cost them $20,000 because they went slow.

Check these girls out. http://www.tuktotheroad.co.uk/
