Empire State Tag-O-Rama
Okay let's kick his thang off....mmkay

![]() Remember, Tag-o-Rama is naught but a game. Cool game that it is, ToR is NOT worth getting injured or killed over. I fully expect that the game will slow down during the winter months. If you grab a tag, I still would like to see it placed within a few days of the grab, weather permitting. I certainly am not going to tell folks how or when to ride or not ride, nor will I pass judgement what kind of road conditions are safe to ride in. We are all adults here, and can make those decisions for ourselves. If you are comfortable riding on ice, then have a good ride. If you hide your bike from the morning frost, that is cool too. Biggest thing I want to get across is that I would hate to see somebody go down while trying to grab a tag. Keep it safe and let's all be around to play when spring gets here. Finally, If you wanna play, you gotta ride. ![]() GO GIT'EM ![]() Thread History: 08-23-2008: Empire State Tag-O-Rama Starts Augie_Dogie screwed with this post 08-08-2011 at 06:05 PM Reason: Update Rules - Renamed to reflect Geography |

(Jeez this takes a long time with a slow connection, slow computer, and 8MP image...) In the mean time: Located in the city that sits along the river this brew is named for, the only twisties around here are Kings Highway. If it's located directly next to the river itself, there only thing between this place and the water is a back alley. [And yes - the neighborhood's not the best, but I was there at night, and didn't hear any gunshots or muggings....] On yer mark, get set - GO!

This may be a dumb question, but what is the "tag" ??
... or is it like "tag, you're it"? and we just have to take the picture in the same spot?

stolen last night
in a disgusting twist of irony, the bike was stolen last night from the garage.
They took the XT 225 and my helmet and gloves. The helmet is a CL-Max with custom black reflective tape I did myself - it says "back off" on the back and "FYYFF" on the front with distorted spots on the rest of it. The gloves are blue Joe Rocket long guantlets, if I remember correctly. The XT is a 225, 2007 model with 524 miles on it last night. Plate: (Spaced out so they can't get the info that I'm looking for it here via google) 6 8 G J 8 0 NY tag Only inspected 'til the end of this month. VIN: J Y A 4 B E E 0 4 7 A 0 9 0 2 7 1 Blue with white highlights, only has one hand guard on the left side (right side isn't attached yet). There's a distinctive ding on the left side of the tank by the cowling, a small scratch.

Is it in the town of Whiteport or is it outside Cohoes. Mr White had a few mills between 1830-1847. If its near Whiteport I'm going for it tomorrow.
