Jill Won't Talk to Scala

I have a Garmin BMW Navigator III and a Scala Q2 headset I am trying to install. The GPS networks between my cell phone and the headset just fine, but I cannot get (or hear) any navigational prompts from "jill," my GPS voice. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Is the Nav III the Zumo 550 or the 2820?

Not sure it matters but I've only done this on the 550. What model/type/vintage of Scala do you have?

My 2820 talks to my Scala Q2 just fine also. It also can play middle man between my phone and my scala if I so choose to set it up that way.
