How about a "look what I found" thread??

After following the KTM Incas thread, as well as a few others that involve people finding "items of interest" and then posting them in here. Would it be a good idea to create a Sticky Thread that people can post their find in for other inmates??

For example i just found this.

Now, i don't want it, but it's a great bike and someone on here just might.

What are your thoughts people (and mods)??

could be interesting. BTW i bought a DR650RS new. Nice bike but a pain in the butt to start (kick only) when hungover.

Later model rs's (like that one) had both kick and electric.

Mine was a 91 kick only.

And also, whats with the twin pipes on that bike? Is it a different engine or just 1 pipe per port??

Same engine as the DR of the same period, I think the twin pipes was just the trend (the Honda Dominator had them as well).

Wouldn't surprise me if they were more free flowing than the single pipe, but the are heavy (although I have seen it claimed on every stat that I have seen that the "standard" 91 DR is a few Kg heavier).

Bloke at work found this at the tip and thought Id like to have it.
Its a bit scratched up but straight and theres been a little repair(done badly) on the top. Its alloy so, XT500 I think.

come across this on fleabay ,most are all old trade ins ,but some interesting stuff ,would make great bikes for the scrapheap challenge with a bit of history to boot,they are listed under the xl but i guess go into the other auctions this guy may have up ,is it rosco from here doing it
