Triangle Tag o' Rama - Let's Play!

Here are the rules .

#1 NO FILE PHOTOS CAN BE USED TO GRAB A TAG. File tags may be used to place a tag.

#2 THE PHOTOS OF THE TAG SHALL BE AS CLOSE AS THE PREVIOUS TAG PHOTOS AS POSSIBLE. That means that the tagger needs to make sure that his photo can be shot be anyone on any bike. The taggers bike needs to be in the photo. If a road is goverment maintained and legal to ride than it is fair game. Gravel or not. Also tell us where the tag was.

#3 NO WHINING.

#4 KEEP IT MOVING. If you grab a tag, post the next one within 12 hours. If you don't post the new tag within 12 hours, you forfeit your tag to the previous tagger.
If a tag is standing too long you will be asked to post a clue or a new tag.

#5 HE WHO POSTS FIRST WINS. It does not matter who got to it first, He who posts first wins the tag.

The geographic area for this game is the map below. All tags must be within the area shown in the map below.

The map covers all of Wake, Durham, and Orange Counties.

It also covers:
Chatham East of Rt. 421
Harnett north of the Cape Fear River and west of I-95
Johnston west of I-95
Franklin south of Rt. 56
Granville south of Rt. 56 from Butner east. From Butner west to Durham County south of 33'rd and Range Roads.

The Order of Gimghoul is a collegiate secret society headquartered at Hippol (or Gimghoul) Castle in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.[1][2] The order was founded in 1889 by Robert Worth Bingham, Shepard Bryan, William W. Davies, Edward Wray Martin, and Andrew Henry Patterson, who were University of North Carolina students at the time.[3]
The society is open to "notable" male students (rising juniors and higher), and faculty members by invitation. The society centers itself around the legend of Peter Dromgoole, a student who mysteriously disappeared from campus in 1833.[4][5] The founders originally called themselves the Order of Dromgoole, but later changed it to the Order of Gimghoul, "in accord with midnight and graves and weirdness," according to archives.[3]
Tradition has it that the order held to the "Dromgoole legend and the ideals of Arthurian knighthood and chivalry." From all accounts, the order is social in nature, and has no clandestine agenda. Membership is closed and information about the order is strictly confidential as is access to archives less than 50 years old.[3]
The meeting place of the order, Hippol Castle, was built in 1924 at a cost of nearly $50,000.[6] Thirteen hundred tons of rough stone were used in its construction giving it the appearance of a castle.[7] It is located at the end of Gimghoul Road, not far from Old Chapel Hill Cemetery on campus near Carmichael Auditorium.[8] According to real estate records, the 2.15-acre (8,700 m2) site is owned by a non-profit corporation entitled the Order of the Gimghoul and has a taxable value of over $1 million.[1][9]

Nope, I had to work for a living in a chained-to-the-desk sort of job at that time. His post/picture is better and has more clues if you think you need them. I will link my picture to a higher-res version for those who like.

I need to drop my camera in the tank bag. I like that game. The only problem I have, I don't see some pictures per employer's network set up.

Just a thought...

I've seen all the posts about exactly where we are playing this game... Since not everyone has access to the map on the road maybe we should use something like sixty miles or sixty minutes from point X. We could use RDU, RTP, Umstead Park or some other well know location in the middle of the triangle. It' Jersey's game so just a thought!
