You know you're a 950 owner when…

You'd rather change the rear tire than pull the crash bars, left tank and skid plate to change the oil and clean the filter screens.

Yes I know you can do it without pulling the tank and checking the oil tank screen, but sometimes its good to open everything up and peek around for problems.

Have the Minuteman 1000 next weekend and doing a thorough once over.

if you have some different lengths of extensions to mess around with you can pull the oil tank screen without pulling the fuel tank too.

You start to laugh out loud as you put on your riding gear even before the engine is started .

my conclusions

When you have to take more than just a dust cover off to change a water pump seal at only 1300 miles. To further this understanding you come to find out that this is a common problem with all LC8 engine platforms yet none of the 4 dealers within 2hrs of you carry the part in stock.

Uber-Engineering - it CAN be helped.

That they released the SMR, a premium performance ass hander...... no tach! Hmm???

People say "I like your Buell". your reply should be.... "its the other Orange and Black manufacturer...., ya dumbass" These are the same people that can pronounce "KTM" cause they think it is a word.

And lastly, when you can't sleep because you asked yourself the question, what does KTM stand for. At that point you scare the pets walking through the house nakid, Wikka-googling KTM to find out they used to be bicycle manufacturers with long goofy words. Most of these 12 character words have few vowels and are very hard to pronounce, keeping you up for more hours. Dont worry, you will have to do it again at work the next day since you forgot or are still trying to make it sound right.

I own two of the little orange bastards. I haven't learned yet.
