YAY and new Transalp thread !!
A photo from when the bike was still a Transalp.
The ocean fog effect (light/dar division) was real. I had just ridden out of the fog bank into the sunshine. Dunno how I was able to photograph it...lucky. ![]() And another on where the bike is today after mods:

A 20 year spread between the two bikes and the TransAlp definitely still holds it's own.

Spanish Pyrenees, just across the border from Andorra, May 2008, my first European ADVrally. Bike very close to stock.
March 2010, somewhere on a trail in Northern Wales, UK. Not so close to stock anymore.
