Hi - Love your panniers, they look great - well done.
I too have a V-Strom 1000 and I need a top box. Do you have a picture of what your top box looks like on your bike?? How much will you charge me for a top box with shipping to Canada? (Calgary, Alberta). You can PM me with this if you like. If you ever come to Canada please come and visit! thanks, dab --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=50.917316,-113.989136 |

very impressed.
I understand the aluminum fabrication portion. Very nice! I understand the fiberglass portion. VERY VERY NICE! I do not know anything about plastic injection molding! Can you explain this more? Is the plastic heated to a liquid or is it a powder? Is it injected under pressure or pulled through with a vacuum (suction)? What kind of plastic and where do you get it? I love to make things myself, but I have never tried making something this complicated, or tried making plastic parts by molding them. All plastic parts i have ever made I machined from DELRIN or PVC bar stock. VERY VERY VERY NICE WORK!!!! WATCH OUT TOURATECH!

Question, what language is your website written in? I just realized i can read about 20-30% of it... Almost like a mixture of Portuguese and Italian.

They mount easy enough. Now, what's keeping them in place? Do you have any means of locking them to the rack like the TraX panniers? The photo doesn't display it but a lock can be used for both latches.
