home made aluminium panniers in garage

hello al my name is steve a live in Roumania
I make my self my paniers in the garage 1 set full aluminiu and now i try 1 set whit the bottom by fibreglass.I put some picture.

I understand the aluminum fabrication portion. Very nice!

I understand the fiberglass portion. VERY VERY NICE!

I do not know anything about plastic injection molding! Can you explain this more?

Is the plastic heated to a liquid or is it a powder?
Is it injected under pressure or pulled through with a vacuum (suction)?
What kind of plastic and where do you get it?

I love to make things myself, but I have never tried making something this complicated, or tried making plastic parts by molding them.

All plastic parts i have ever made I machined from DELRIN or PVC bar stock.

VERY VERY VERY NICE WORK!!!! WATCH OUT TOURATECH!

They mount easy enough. Now, what's keeping them in place? Do you have any means of locking them to the rack like the TraX panniers? The photo doesn't display it but a lock can be used for both latches.
