9 Horses of Fury...A Zuma 125 on the Loose
In December 2010 I purchased a 2009 Zuma 125. It had 362 miles on it.
The more I ride it, the more I enjoy riding it.  As I scoot around Upstate South Carolina I will post pics in this thread. I am pretty active in 2 South Carolina tag games so many of these pics will be used for that purpose. You may also see an occasional pic of my Shadow 750 as I ride it pretty regulary too. I am sure the direction on this thread will change over time. Please feel free to jump in an comment as much as you like. Here are some pics from the seller:

2 of them went under the seat.
The other 2 in the Aerostitch bag.  I hooked the loops over the bag hook that I added and was on my way home.

Just got home from filling it up. This tank returned 70mpg. A nice 8 mpg improvement. This was also the 1st time I ran premium, which is what Yamaha recommends.
Went to a station about a mile from the house that I was thinking offered Ethanol free premium. I was wrong. They had a special pump for ethanol free but it was only 87 octane. I got it anyway. I will let you know how it turns out. |

It was about a 100 mile round trip. Lots of fun.
I think this was my longest scooter Trip so far. From Greenville, SC to Seneca, SC and back. |
