In Becket, the earlier official name of that road was N!gger Hill Rd. It was only changed in modern times, while I lived in the area. My 1983 BMW R80G/S and a friend's 2005 KTM 640 on the 300 mile stretch of gravel road between Dongola and Wadi Halfa in Sudan. Navigation is by keeping the Nile in sight on your left then by a compass heading north when hills force you away from the river, little chance of floods here, it hasn't rained for 10 years.
