It is actually from a video that is floating around on other threads and sites. The idiot driver did not stay with the bike for better view...

I'd bet it's missing some plastic between the headlight and the tank edges - the leading edge of the tank looks pretty raw, not 'sexy naked' raw, more of a 'we're going to hide it with trim' raw.

I doubt it. Look at the wheels. If this is the road version "A la" T800 & T800XC, only the XC has the beak.
