Need Directions: Denver to Moab (Off the Beaten Path)
Hey gang,
Snow here in Denver has my bike garaged, so I'm doing some preliminary research for my Denver --> Moab trip in late Spring. I need recommendations for "off the beaten path" routes from Denver to Moab. Specifically, I want to avoid all highways and stick with either back/two-lane roads or, better yet, gravel/dirt trails; nothing too technical (e.g., single tracks) since I'll be on a F800gs and my riding buddy will likely be on similar. I would appreciate any recommendations this fine group of riders might have for me. Thank you in advance! -Jesse PS - go Broncos!!!

Jerry,
I'm embarassed to admit that I had not heard of the TAT...can't believe I've overlooked this gem for so long. It looks awesome and would certainly fit the bill. I just ordered the CO and UT maps/scrolls.Thank you for the recommendation! -J |
