Not old school. Not an airhead (well, it is, but not the right brand). You'll want to put this out in the general old school forum.

How about a bit of both then. The Guzzi does not use much fuel

While it's not exactly OLD, I guess being an air cooled 2 valve it could qualify as "old school."

An R100R or mystic would qualify, so why not a Guzzi of the same vintage?
The title of this forum is "airhead", not "BMW Airhead"
Just saying.......

Well, to start with, they started making the Nevada Classic in 2004 which makes it nearly a full decade newer than the newest BMW airhead. Second, the intent in creating an airhead subforum, was to move all the BMW airhead traffic out of old's cool as it was supposedly suffocating everything else. If we go by your definition of airhead, we'd basically just go right back to the former old's cool forum with everything in the same place.

I really don't care where I put the thread. I would just like one started with guzzi information.
I didn't really see anything that fit. I would think it would be an airhead.

Anyway just tell me the best place to put it and I'll see if someone can move the thread..

Love this forum used to be in the dr650's but don't have that bike anymore. Lots of good
info comes from these forums.

You're more likely to draw some action over in Olds Cool, since thats the place thats been set aside for Non-Smokers and Non-Airheads.

Here in the US, it's pretty well accepted that the nick-name for air cooled BMW is "Airheads". Therefore, this place is where BMW Airhead guys hang out. If you think about it, it makes sense because interpreting things any other way, opens this section to almost all of the other brands and bikes currently in OC.

PS: If you want a special section for Guzzi's, bitch at Baldy and sooner or later you'll get one!

I'd rather be air cooled than an airhead

I was looking at some other Nevada's. All of them seem to have the pipes blued. Do you need to
buy one of those efi kits to change the mixture.
