Sorry I do not have that info nor am I actually at the decision, I am thinking it will come through the media with background etc. Our lawyer just gave me the heads up this morning, I do not believe he is the lawyer on the case but as an avid motorcyclist very interested and felt it could have huge implications for this province. If I find something I will post up.

Apparently the only time media wants to report on motorcycling is for the negative things. Spoke with the laywer and the case was ruled 80/20 for the motorcyclist. The decision will take a few days to write and he will get me a copy to post. This is great for motorcyclists regarding signage, it means they were found negligent in it. It also means that accidents within road construction zones are no longer automatically your fault for not paying attention. All around it will make the Ministry of Transportation and Highways start riding their contractors to put proper signage up and not leave the construction zone in such a condition that only cars/trucks are safe within it.

Sorry it took so long but I could not get hold of the lawyer right away. I sent over 60 releases out to media, pretty sorry
