Your least favorite cagers

Riding in to work today on my R12GS, I came to the realization that there is one kind of driver that always stands out and pisses me off.

I got tailgated and jockeyed all while this woman was on the phone. And in my mirror I could see the audacity she had to get pissed off at me. I was even in the right lane, so she had no reason to be up in arms. That's when I started rolling-road-blocking her.

Of course there are the texters, the callers, the unnecessary brakers and the make-up on the way to work drivers.
But its not so much the action that pisses me off. Its the car brand they are driving.

I know this doesnt speak to all drivers of this make of car...
But anytime there is someone that is tailgating me, swerving past me or just being a plain dickhead in traffic.

Oh the irony...The woman today along with just about everyone else that ticks me off on the road.
They drive a BMW.

Have any "least-favorite" driver types?

I find most mini-van drivers are completely unaware of their surroundings and the size of their vehicle.

+1 on this and:

The comedians that think they are cute running the windshield washers for no other reason than a bike is behind them.

Ironically enough I don't really mind. Outside of riding in the rain and maintenance days it is the most cleaning my bikes generally see.........I like it DirTAY! I just think it is a D-Bag move like me, in full gear, is going to slam on the brakes or back waaayy off because you are getting me moist.

Seems as though it tends to be high end luxo-boxes like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc. They must believe that when they purchase their cars, the roadways are included in the ownership deal.

I actually don't agree. The Audi, Benz and Lexus although each has their own annoying demographic aren't nearly as pretentious and PITA drivers as the BMW owners IMO.

Around here it seems to be the VW Jettas that are the worst offenders.

Every cager in the DC area is a bad cager.
I lived there for better part of 7 years and riding around the area was a suicide mission. That's the main reason I took a hiatus from street riding and stuck to track racing.

These flatbiller douchebags and their brodozers:

Only thing missing are the semi-smokestacks routed out the bed.

Now, how the HELL did that jackass get all that "stuff" into the bed of that truck??
He'd need a ladder!!!!
The bed floor is higher than the roof of the truck next to him!!!!

Bad drivers, clueless drivers, and distracted drivers dont bother me anymore, they have become so common that they are just another road hazzard like a pot hole or debris in your lane, I just deal with it and don't worry about the "why?".

If I were to single out what still bothers me, it would be the pricks who drive their Tahoe/Denali like there is no one else pn the road and riders who run high output high beams full time.

I don't know what it is about the mindset of the drivers of these trucks, but in terms of poor road craft, they rarely disappoint.

Young women in subcompact cars
I am genuinely unable to recall the last time I saw a chicklet in one of these vehicles that didn't have a phone in one hand.

Honorable Mention
Wiggers and/or flat bills in lowered Volkswagens
Behind me, they're almost always on my rear tire. In front of me, they're driving v-e-r-y slowly in recognizance of their 1.5" of ground clearance.

In DC, the absolute worst are the Maryland played, auto transmission, Ford Escort wagons.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, with 4.11 gears, guaranteed to be the slowest vehicle on the roadway. Yet still I somehow manage to get stuck behind one of these fuckers on the way to work almost every day. If I catch them chatting on a cell phone, they get the high beams and fog lights in their rear view mirror.
