How'd you find this joint, anyway?

Don't know why it popped into my head. I just got to wondering how so many people (well, mostly people) all over the planet stumbled across this site. Not like there's a Superbowl ad for it or anything?

My story: In the summer of 2007 I was riding only a Harley Heritage and a buddy on a GS in Utah convinced me that I needed to get something I could follow him on off road. I looked at the Triumph Tiger (955 back then) and the GS and then decided I better get educated on the whole adventure bike scene and a google turned this place up, and here I am 1300+ posts later. The rest of you folks just stumble on to it as well?

Bumped into this guy at an Artic Circle one day

It took us a couple of years to figure out that we had already met years earlier. I worked with his Sister back in 1979.

When I bought the KLR, a friend said I could probably find good suggestions for milk crates on this site

I've only been here since 2008? Seems like much longer.

I probably found the site through Google or an online reeference. I hit "Old Skool" first and then discovered the other rooms of the Asylum.

And here I be.

I think that may have been how I found it. If it wasn't that, then I have no idea.

I bought a motorcycle and it had an advrider decal on the windshield. So I Googled it, lurked for a while, then joined the asylum.
