honda shock rebuild question

finishing up my 82 CB450 project and decided to rebuild the forks .everything has been taken apart,cleaned and powdercoated.i ordered all balls seals .whats the best way to insert them and does it matter which way they go in?thanks in advance.

A seal driver works the best and it matters what way they go.

ok got it.any idea how much fork oil im supposed to add?
