Eh? KTM buys Husky?????????

I can't see why they'd want it but it might be announced soon.

Interesting especially as many of the current Husky now used BMW derived motors so even if BMW sell the company they will still be supplying motors and other parts to it for several years until models are replaced.

Either they'll have to discover oil in the Baltic, or they figure out how to make motorcycles out of particleboard so IKEA can sell 'em.

Building new Huskys will be the easy part.
Building a dealer network...... Not so easy.

Regards, Paul

That's been the big hold up with Piaggio. Having owned 2 aprilias and 1 Ducati, I'd take another aprilia over another Ducati in a HEARTBEAT, but other then me being lucky enough to have one hell of an aprilia dealer near me, it scares some people off.

My closest BMW dealer sells Husky's, and I have a KTM dealer close by as well. Have to see how that part shakes out.

It goes down with KTM.

Bajaj is doing to KTM, what: bmw () did for Husky...

I hope Husky will make a comeback now. But the biggest news in all this is propably, that KTM might be in real trouble now, bajaj screwing up everything.... I am going to have to put KTM in to the Chinese bike category now, i'm afraid...
