Interesting.

The Ruckus with PGM-FI (the euro spec version) is a super-clean bike. As far as conventional motors go, the lil' Ruckus is one hell of a clean bike even with the standard carb.

Cool that they're playing with this stuff. I suppose in super-dense cities over there they're not only in need of this, but the population is already embracing this kind of thing (scoots, microcars, etc).

Nevermind Rider... I'm not sure anyone heavier than Kate Moss could deal with it by the looks of that thing.
