Gas Gas 321 TXT questions

A local guy has offered his 2000 Gas Gas 321 TXT for partial trade on my Duke II.

I am intrigued. I've puttered around on a few trials bikes and would like one but am not sure of the value at all.

The bike appears to be very clean and not ridden very often (I guess this is the fate of most of these bikes). I has new whell bearings, chain and sprockets and such...the guy isn't a hack and takes care of this stuff...

What are these worth? If i trade and don't like the bike, what can i get for it on the interweb?
