I'm about 500km north of Sydney.West of Kempsey in the bush.
I have acres with a very private site on the Macleay River plus good fishing and swimming.I have a canoe and tinny to use if needed to travel up or down the river.Basic tent camping on flat ground over looking the water.Heaps of wild life to see (Drop bears and Bunyips included) and only 30min from the coast with beach riding Nat. Parks ect.
About 3kms of good dirt road to the campsite.Road bikes will get in & out but not to the river unless you take it real slow over the river stones..Off road bikes will have no problem what so ever.
I have a big shed if any repairs are needed and hundreds of kms of tracks just outside my gate in the state forests and National Parks. All gear can be safely left on the property while you explore. All for free.
PM me or email bullatthegate@bigpond.com.au

Hey, hey,

LOVE the tentspace list. I've met heaps of great people and had opportunities to do amazing things because of it.

But there's a lot of "dead wood" on the list right now!

I'm on the road now, and there's so many out-of-date listings, people that have moved, or been banned or otherwise M.I.A. It's making me go at the moment...

Any chance we could have a clean-up?

Have a good one,

A.

Sara and Sam would like to welcome you to Smithers. We have a place for ADVriders to stay. We offer FREE CAMPING right on the beautiful Bulkley River. We invite riders to call ahead for road info or to leave a message for those who follow. We are just four hours from Alaska.
If you are in trouble on the road to Alaska, Sam is the guy to call. He is a licensed MC tech with a pick up and a ramp. Travellers are often given shop priveleges to do a little maintenance. Bike security by Big Dawg in this picture.
