Big day today!

It looked even better in person that it does in pictures. It looked slick, and well detailed. I sat on it, and it had a nice, average posture. The legroom was a tiny bit on the short-ish, side, but not terribly. The seat looked better than it felt. The engine looked smaller than you'd expect an 1100 to look.
I liked it.

Too bad they didn't bring a Lime Green one. I almost didn't notice it.

CB1000R Euro model

1956 Daytona Thunderbird

I hadn't seen one of these yet.

Yesterday was a big English car day. This neat BL support bus was there.

Recognize the guy in the Black jacket?

I dunno if you've ever watched Chasing Classic Cars on the HD channel, but the hose Wayne Carini was there doing some filming.

More importantly, look at who I met!

I still couldn't help but gawk at her titties!

Just in case you're too young, or too thick. The last time I met her she looked more like this:

Bump for Linda.

I just stumbled over this thread and thought of the most recent time I saw her, about a year ago.
Her health wasn't so good, and she had just had some heart surgery.

Hmmm . . . on Saturday I think I'll drive down to the local Cars and Coffee, and snap some pics of my (desperately cosmetically challenged) Austin America with all the shiny Ferraris!

Oddly, there's not much diversity among the cars at our local Saturday morning C&C in south Denver. It's mostly Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and Nissan GTRs. great stuff to gawk at, mind you, but not very diverse. I'm gonna try to recruit some of the local antique clubs to come out this spring.

Talk about bringing an old thread back to life.

We have a pretty diverse group up here in Eagle County for our C&Cs, everything from Willy's old pickup behind my RS here.

To a $2.5 mil F1 McClaren.

The guy with the F1 actually has a newer McClaren also.

Nothing like parking my crusty Ural out with the big boys.
