desperate to find shipping from Venezuela to California

Hello,

within 2-3 weeks I will be in Venezuela. I need to plan a way to return to USA soon. I contacted many companies, nothing was reasonable.

please help if you have knowledge of shipping agent or broker.

alternatively, I would like to sell the bike (BMW F650GS) in Venezuela. any ideas how ? website? newspaper? I can speak some Spanish, that's no problem....

Knowing how things are going with the Central Bank and controls on currency exchange, you probably have a better chance selling or shipping from Colombia. Last time I was in Caracas (last July) I stopped at a BMW, Triumph dealership in Chacao, near the Sambill Mall. They may point you in the right direction or buy it from you. However, you may have to pay import taxes and you maybe opening another can of worms. I think I know someone that is in the shipping (import/export) business but i need to check first. I'll pm you with my email info and I will contact my brother down there.

Since Venezuela is so close to USA I would say under $1000 including all costs is reasonable. One friend shipped a Land Rover over the ocean and paid less than $3000...

still looking for solutions.

if one can help me sell this bike in Venezuela or Brazil (we are now in Brasilia) I am willing to pay comission.
