What rallies should be included in ADV Annual Rallies? - Page 3

And we draw about 50 to 70 participants. Depends on the date. Always in May. Then our kitchen is open. Otherwise water lines are still frozen!

We appreciate you including us in the big rally list...it's been a lot of work..this year is our third..and it's gonna be pretty epic..with US Highland, Klim, Giant Loop, Rok Strap, Cyclenutz and other Vendors, two bands and and a ton of great people

You let us in after one year..granted..we are labled an ADVrider rally in every way and it's on everything we do..The first year I was kind of miffed at not being allowed in..but I understand now..If you looked at us the first year and where we're at now..it's a whole new game..I guess letting a rally in would depend on a few different things..but the majority of the event should be comprised of riders from this community..

Hey I was just kidding . Although I am very protective of my event. Maybe having this record of events might give us the opurtunity to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Think the MotoGP rally should be added. It may not draw 100+ but it is in the third year and going strong. No organized rides as there are so many events to compete but the bonfire and cookout every year is well attended.

Then again I may be biased. I plan to hold the thing as long as I live here or until we lose the GP.

That last one being the key issue I think, since Dorna doesn't have a contract with Indy beyond this year. Looks like there will be one after this weekend, but it also looks like the date will be moved to put it right after Laguna.

Consider adding the Texas Roll the Bones Rally. This will be the first Annual but not the last. Check it out in the Texas Regional Forum. Great riding, Great BBQ, Great People. What else is there? Oh yea, a cold Lone Star...Besides what other state has an official Beer???? And was once a Country?

Hope to see ADVers from other states. All are welcome.
