It's free for motorbikes sept/oct (also may/June). 129 rt for people (although you get stung 20$ for fuel/dock fees) Just got back from a trip last week. When I left on the 23d we had 7' waves. It was a fun ride. Coming back back was smooth sailing. Badger is nice, but for speed can't beat the LE. Milwaukee isn't all that bad. Stay on 131 north south depending on where you're headed.
