What rallies should be included in ADV Annual Rallies?

I understand your concern and you make a good point, Party Boss. But, I have already dialoged with a moderator and put his mind at ease that RMAR is an ADV event, first and foremost. Like many of you, I frequent other forums, like Stromtrooper and Thumper Talk and the a couple of BMW forums. I had posted in StromTrooper about the event.....simply a "heads-up'.

For the record, there were about 5-6 StromTroopers attend the event last year (of the 117 total attendees). Before I allowed them to register, they had to sign up for ADV with an official handle. Only ADV'ers attend RMAR.

I think the official ADV RMAR graphic says..."ADV", not "StromTrooper".

If a rally is organized by an ADV inmate for others to attend and they have arranged for space sufficient for a hundred or more of us to gather then it is a rally. In other words if the event has a participant limit it is just an "Upcoming" event or ride and not a rally.

But really, if we are all having fun who cares. ADV Rallies are independent of the site meaning that ADV does not govern any rally or events they are all inmate driven and we take our own risks and make our own way.

We've had three Latin America Rider Rallye's. The location moves around. Being a Latin America thing, sometimes we don't decide when and where oh-so-promptly, but we'll have it. Nata Harli and I started it along with GSDiablo and Colomtnbkr. It's almost 100% advrider. What do we have to do to make it official?

It has to be a regular and reocurring rally.

Moving around is OK, but honestly, you'd probably do better to post it in the regional forum.
