Ive replaced the bands with glazed alligator. For leather watch bands, check out Banda.com. Great stuff at great prices.

Very cool! Love vintage Omegas. One of these day's I'd like to pick up a vintage 18k Seamaster or similar.

leather panerai style strap just came today from panatime. Threw it on the 6309. 5mm thick...very cool. A high quality bargain for $40.

OK, in keeping with ADV tradition, I'll try to spice up some watch shots.

You will notice a theme throughout ; cheap guns, cheap watches, and cheap knives

From Watch Shots

Smith Wesson Sigma .40, cheap knife, cheap Cree light, and Invicta Automatic Diver. Oh, and UZI tactical pen in case cheap gun doesn't shoot and cheap knife won't open

Cowboy wannabe .22 with Ray Johnson forged blade. Most utilitarian of all watches, the titanium Casio Sea Pathfinder. Digital compass, barometer, thermometer, etc. This watch has even survived an 80mph deer strike / get-off with just a few scrapes to show for it

Does that have a 2428-2 or Myota movement in it? The resolution of the photo isn't high enough to read the inscription on the dial.
