Windy Ridge status

Somebody told me that the road into Windy Ridge had been washed out. Can anyone confirm if this road has been repaired, and whether a street bike can get in there once the snow is gone?
Planning on riding in from the north, from Randle.

Last year I was able to get up there with no problem on several occasions. This year, the snow is definitely still blocking the road at higher elevations.
