This weekend, on sunday was the first Dutch sidecar day. EZS, EML, Lak and LBS where there, along several other other stands with camping gear, trailers and sidecar lessons. And hundreds of sidecar fans. Seen a lot of familiar faces. And a lot of interesting sidecars.

The bike is a Honda Pan European. After a solid study by Honda developed to suit the wishes and demands of European touring riders. Good competition for Moto Guzzi and BMW. The trailer is made by Schuring, a Dutch manufacturer.
The ANWB is the Dutch association of road users. This bike and many cars and vans is used for roadside repairs. The cases and the trailer are stuffed with tools and parts. They also carry a large first aid kit. Very often the arrive first at accidents. The axle of the trailer is enforced to cope with the weight. I'm a member of the ANWB they have repaired me a few times along the road in past years, and also brought me and my bike home after a serious breakdown at no charge.

Get a set of leading legs ( DMC ) and you will not beleive the difference !!!!.It will make it sooooooooooooo much more enjoyable to ride !!!.I did 1,000 miles on my strom without them so I know how hard they are to steer.Now I have done almost 1,000 with them and I will NEVER ride a hack again without a trail reduction of some sort !!!.
