I'll make a couple prototype sets but I cant finish the design until I get my off-set brake lever - should have been here by now, so hopefully any day. I need to see if any mods are required to the brake lever in this new position - it will get close to the pipe.

Thanks - That does help, but Im going to need the lever to be sure. It shipped yesterday, so I should have it any day.
The cad design is done on the plates and now just need to place the lever in its new location to see if mods are required to the lever - hope not, but will figure it out soon.

This bike was at the Quail gathering in Carmel Valley a few weeks ago:

Your bike is absolutely killer too. I'm sure the info is back there somewhere, but what is your swingarm off of?

Thanks. I designed the swingarm - It is cnc machined from billet 7075-T651 aluminum, then clear anodized (which looks gold on this material).

Xlrtt
That looks like an Harley XLRTT vintage 1958 to 1960 or so I had a 1958 XLCH that looked like this only had a all white tank and a different front brake assembly. You could aldo get a dual carb setup for these. Great bike light and powerfull for the time, no British bike could keep up with these,

Progress
The rear fender, mud flap, rack, brake light & blinkers are installed and wired. I like the way it came out.
I left room between the seat and the rack to put a small tool kit bag. The rack holds 2x Touratech plastic cans for carrying fluids.

The other side....
Still a few more things to do - lowered foot peg brackets, kickstand, seat, skid plate, spark arrestor. All I need are the pegs though, and Im riding !!!
