Hi y'all, haven't forgotten about you or posting up new stuff. I'll unload the camera this week, Triumph build is coming to a close, aux tank built and mounted, battery mounted, just finishing up the jack shaft details, almost time to disassemble and complete the welding, then re assembly, test ride, disassemble again to have painted/powdered coated and anodized and then reassemble it. Not to mention the 8 other rigs booked on the list to do. Happy to be busy :)

The Side Effects crew did the Steerite mod to my Triumph Scrambler's triple clamps a few weeks ago. Put on six or seven hundred miles with it and the rig is a dream to drive now!

Money well spent. Thanks guys!

Thanks for the kind words Motoblog! I'm glad you're enjoying the newest addition to your rig. Those 600-700 miles without the Steerite would have felt like 1000-1100miles otherwise!

Project 'Triumph Adventurig' goes for a maiden test ride voyage tomorrow. Just a mechanical shake down, bare bones as she sits right now, but doing it to make sure everything works as planned.

Thanks,
Brock Smith

Project Triumph Adventurig has been on a short test run and only had one minor problem with a bearing in the CV support hub. Problem solved, all is good. Everything tested out great, steering is amazing, the suspension works really well and is well poised through the turns, front brakes have no effect on the suspension, exhaust sounds sweet, all in all, a really good day. Happy to say the least. Now lets get some color on this thing! :)
