Well if we are showing SAK's how 'bout a Swiss Champ. I've had it for 12-13 years now, a chick I was dating at the time took a trip over seas and on her way through Switzerland she picked this up for me. It's too damn big to carry but I get it out once in awhile

my buddy gifted me this nice one. A spring loaded folder with a convenient pocket clip.

nice one hand operation with the lock and release mechanism.

I also have a nice tibetan hunting knife back home in India but no pics of it with me currently. Very good blade with a pine oak handle.

While I didn't make it, and don't recommend heavy use of what appears to be a stainless steel blade, I was able to, after reconditioning, hack through a 2x4 with relative ease using gentle sweeping blows (not perpendicular). I have no doubt at all it would take off an arm if used in anger.
