Small Businesses don't always have someone standing by the phone. KTM Twins has always returned my calls within 24 hours.
And yeah, making your very first post bashing a respected vendor won't earn you many cred points on this forum.

Real deal
I was on the phone with Ron for 1/2 an hr about a rotopax set up for my 990 what would work vs what won't to get the most storage after I found he had an actual store I went down to see what we were talking about 1st hand since I was in the area. He was all about getting me exactly what I was after and Ron him self had never tried the setup I was after so we grabbed the parts and tried 2 different settups until we found what worked the best stand up guy really into his product...
Why ktmtwins? Cause not only do what we do but they actually have the fing parts on hand!!!!!! Why have a store if they don't have what u need. Not only that but it's not like cycle gear where they sell knock off china crap it's either OE or high end like cj design or Akro exct...l
