My new to me 990 Adv... Almost

This is what I have of the bike so far that the previous owner shipped to me. Decided to set it up on the shop floor and make vroom noises... The bike will be here next Weds, can't wait! I'm upgrading from a '99 F650 and have had my eye on the Black KTM's for many years.

List of things to do when it arrives (Farkles are here and waiting)
-Ride the piss out of it
-Mefo Explorer, TKC 80 tire combo
-CJD pegs
-Weld 86 skidplate/side stand dealio
-Tune ECU calibration! (built myself a comm cable last night)

Thanks for all the inspiration and motivation from years of lurking!

Yes, true...

It´s my long-distance windsreen, good for the 1100km-per-day trips to elba. But I´ve got a flipped low rallye-screen as well.

Did that pass last year. The power lines really take away from the view.

At the top of Radical Hill last week, south of Montezuma Colorado.

Not another soul in sight the whole time I was there, well at least until the Radical Hill welcoming committee showed up...

Your bike is looking far to clean, we need to go out and remedy this situation

That LC8 dirt tracker is awesome..... how'd it do???

Here's my bike.... not done yet, but it's getting there.... I hope to get to CJ's farkle and prep thing, I sent an email- no response yet... It'd be nice to see proven stuff in action. I just got the folding mirrors and Rally Raid windscreen on... looking forward to riding with them!
