4 years ago I bought a Suzuki for $3300. Put 12,000 & some miles on it. Never has broke down or given me problems. It's a reliable, balanced, simple package with good performance and fuel mileage.

I've gotten to see much more of the beauty of Montana my home with it.

Of course, now having had it and ridden several other bikes, I have come to the conclusion that if I were rich, I would buy a couple other bikes, a little more long distance tour oriented. Maybe they would be Suzukis too, given my track record with this one.

But still would have a DR650, the bike that can do anything.

Mine take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. I absolutely love my two DR's. Plus we have a Bandit 1200.

Here's my 2006 DR650 - I love this bike. It is fun to ride and strong as an ox. I've ridden it on narrow, rocky and rutted single track, toured the Blue Ridge Parkway with it and done everything in between. It is the most versatile bike I have ever owned, and I've owned more than a few bikes.

I've had three of each of these. Between the two, where can't I go? Value for money, and Dependable.

I wouild say that I have no real brand loility, but the migration to Suzukis is evident.
