Packwood Randle area this weekend?
Anyone heading out to the great outdoors in the Packwood Randle area this weekend? Just figured I'd see if I need to say howdy to anyone. I'll be hitting some of the twisty paved roads and a bit of the dirt (and maybe some of the gravel). It's a great place for a dual sport.

Just rode up there last weekend and stayed in a great little cabin in the shadow of Rainier. I guess I was a little too early.
Have fun, definitely some great riding in that area!

I'll be ripping around on the FSR's north of Rimrock all weekend. Its a bit east from what you're going for...
Somewhere between Rimrock and Nile.

I was up in the mossy rock - morton area last Sunday trying to explore the Riffe Lake area. Tried to ride around the lake but the area would be better described as gate city.
Is riding better in the packwood randle area? if so north or south of hwy 12? I have rode quite a bit from trout lake though to packwood area. almost none north of hwy 12 except once ve of snowmobile near whisling jacks. Nothing planned this weekend i might be up for it. I have a new 3 place trailer pulles just nice and fairly cheap behind the honda accord. |
