BMW place in Dundee, what's the deal with the lady on the phone?
Try to give her a part number and spend money with them and she can't shoo you away fast enough. Every time
I give them another chance to do business, it's the same thing. Does she just not like motorcycles or just lousy at customer service? |

Could be because they have a big event coming up this weekend. I think she has been great every time I talk to her, and she really knows her stuff - been doing BMW parts and service for years.

I used to help out arouind there from time to time when Chris moved on to BMWOR and know them well. What you say doesn't sound right to me.
