Most recent update to Tapatalk (at least on iPhone) has a geotag option. Your posts will show your location. I kinda like that.

I just bought tapatalk minutes ago. Can someone give me some cliffs notes? The whole reason for buying was to be able to post photos directly from my phone. How do i do this?

I don't have or want tapatalk, but everything I do on the site pops up at least one message about how adv is tapatalk ready and I should click ok to learn more. Makes viewing the site on my phone just about unbearable. Is there a way to turn off the notification?

HTC EVO 4g
My Droid X only does that once in a great while. All I do is hit "cancel" and it's gone.

From what someone else posted on another thread (I would have no clue myself) are you set up to reject cookies? Cuz they said that unless tapatalk knows they've already informed you (by a cookie) that they will keep trying and trying and trying.....

I personally have no idea whether this is true.

That was it. Cookies were turned off. Great suggestion, thanks!

Tapatalk Participated Threads

I enjoy using Tapatalk, but one of the things I *love* is the "Participated" threads option.

Is there a similar option on the website?

Go to the control panel and "Edit Options" to subscribe to all threads that you've posted to. I use the "No Email notification" option. Then when you click on the Control Panel link you will see a list of your subscribed threads that have had new posts since your last visit. There is also a link on that page to "View all Subscribed Threads".

I think that will do what you want.

Played around with that, might be able to make it work. Was hoping there was an already-made solution similar to the Tapatalk offering. You know, something easier

I'm like you. I like the "Participated" threads option.

The closest way I've found to emulate that on the site is to go to your profile under the statistics tab, and click on "Find all posts by..." It'll list your most recent posts; you can click on them to see if there are replies since you posted. It doesn't work quite the same, but it's similar.

Sometimes an easier way to get the same list is to find a post you made and click on your name, a menu will drop down and one of the options will be to "Find all posts by..."

That's all I got.

Jamie

Anyone use tapatalk on a Blackberry?

Just wondering if it is worth buying
The biggest problem I have with getting on some forums on my BB is
They don't fit to the screen as well without zooming and then I am constantly
Scrolling from side to side
Any advice?

its four fucking dollars, download it already. What year/color is your KLR?

Yes, I use it, and I like it for general browsing. I still hit my user CP from the browser to check PM's and subscribed threads first, but Tapatalk is way better for just surfing. Also has a 'participated threads' selection that is excellent.

I use it, I think it's ok. Better than the browser.
