Another electrical thingy.

My blinkers weren't shutting off and I could hear and feel a click. I pulled off the tank and felt the relay # 61-31-2-306-014 is where it was coming from. I pulled it and rode home. When I got there I turned the key off and the lights stayed on. I disconnected the battery and went inside...

This happened when I got home last and now I'm working on it. I reconnect the battery and no lights. I turn the key on, lights come on. I turn the key off, the lights stay on. I disconnect the battery. I re-try with the same results with and without the relay.

Does the headlight run through this relay?
