Evidently Yamaha is using a similar approach to Honda in developing one engine to be used in a variety of platforms.
They have developed this to compete against the CBR250 and Ninja 250.

I'm sorry but that's gotta be one of the ugliest bikes I've seen in a while. I'd only take the headlights from it. Haha
