That and you can't understand most of what any of them say. It's a sad statement to say that they'd be sunk without Dion Sanders.

I do see your point about that. Although I do like Rich Eisen. Warren bugs me because he won't shut up and let the other folks get their point out. Mayock just needs his deviated septum repaired and he would be easier to understand.

Joe 'Blowhard' Buck followed by his partner Troy Aikman and not far behind Vern Lundquist and Brian Bellichick. Buck's sincere apology on Fox when Randy Moss faked pulled his pants down at Green Bay has to be one of the lows in broadcast history.

I got spoiled growing up in LA, with Vin Scully calling Dodger games,
Chick Hearn the Lakers, and Dick Enberg the Rams.

My vote for worst ever goes to Brent Musburger.
After ALL THIS TIME, shouldn't he have at least an inkling what he's talking about?

McCarver is the worst announcer in the history of baseball. Listening to him makes me want to pull my own eyelids off.

I have the MLB online audio subscription, so I get to listen to every team's radio broadcasts during the course of the season. There are some real doozies out there, but nothing compares to Tim McCarver.

Rumor has it that Fox has offered Vin Scully the booth for any games the he'd like to do next year during the post-season. I'm a lifelong SF Giants fan, and our play-by-play team is one of the best, but no one matches Vin for smooth.
