Let the games begin!
Hiking photo's huh... Okay!
First off; that photo of the lake was full of hints! Second; as long as they keep me here on the orchard your all safe, kind of! They let me out once in awhile to play on a short leash as long as Crashclay is along to keep me under control. Better not get lost on a hike they might send me! ![]() So here's one from this summer with just as many if not more clues than your lake photo! ![]() Looking for the name of the creek. Not a trail for miles, looking up stream where we came from. ![]() Looking down stream ![]() And right over head, all were shot standing in one spot (yes, by me). Then they flew off and left us there in the middle of the woods! ![]() ">

This creek definitely does a lot of falling, but no it's not Falls creek. That is a good mountain bike ride on the WA side of the Columbia though.

So, are we going to stick to photo's taken from spots that people can ride a moto to? Maybe a new rule to add to the list? It is Adventure Rider after all not ADV hiker.... ![]()

My .02, photo should be from a motorcycle adventure, so if you rode to the trail head that counts, if you got dropped out of a helicopter not so much.

A couple of us with the Crag Rats here in Hood River use our bikes to access remote trail heads that go into the wilderness areas around us. We have a couple trail heads that take us about 15 min. to get to with a lite ready pack but in a truck it can take 45 min.
As for the helicopters, the only time we get a insertion or extraction by helicopter for the most part is above tree line. Down in the trees they really only extract the injured.

My bad, when you stated "no trails for miles" and then showed the 'copter flying off I made some assumptions.
