My guess would be that the current 800gs will eventually grow to 1200cc. At least that's what I think he was hinting at.

Yes, considering the throttle-by-wire on the K1600, and considering the improvements to driveability within emissions constraints that throttle-by-wire can offer, I would not be surprised to see it on the new boxer motor.

I guess... I didn't like the 800cc, otherwise I wouldn't have traded it in for the 1200cc :-)
To me it's not a dual purpose, too heavy, too expensive and I'm too weak and scared....

So the scenario is this

The In-line 800cc will be in the trash can and the New 800cc will be a boxer 2012

And we will get a new 1200 waterhead as well NICE.
