Talking Happy solstice!

Winter solstice officially occurs @ 8:30 PM today in Anchorage. Our daylight today will be a grand total of 5h 28m which is a loss of 09s over yesterday.

What are you doing today to celebrate the coming riding season?

Happy Solstice to ya, the sun will rise in the sky again after today!

I'll probably hit some trails about 20 miles from me today, should be about 55F.....

Thank You! 9 seconds eh? I thought it was a little darker a little longer! I'll be going to work....but then maybe I'll change out my front inner tube. The prior owner left some slime stuff in it and it makes it hard to adjust tire pressure. The coming riding season is on snowmachines. I just finished their pre-season maintenance, now I've got to get out and ride. Have a great day everyone, and Happy Holidays.

Yes it is good to have the days get longer..

In Fairbanks we get a whole 3 hrs 41 Minutes and 34 Seconds of daylight. It could be worse, way up north they don't get to see the sun for another 32 Days.

Worked at Pt. Barrow, never lost anything to go back looking for.

Sounds like a good place for vampires and bats and HID lights.
