thanks to this site, I have incorporated a kick stand spring tether as well, using a couple zip ties.

I don`t have them,went with CYCRA CRM`s instead..but if i was to do it again i`d buy the HDB ones in a heartbeat,,,,extremely well made..

I have a few of those countershafts for use here..... I've read they're not as durable as the 13 spline, what say you? I have a kicker assy I'm draggin my feet on, and I have a 13 spline in another motor that I've yet to take apart, but i'd like your input on it.

Too early to tell... I only have two riding seasons on the shaft. I used it because I had it in hand and it was in like new condition. I am "thrifty" (cheap)
Replacing a countershaft is not that big of a job once you've done it once so I wasn't too concerned about it.

Their handguards are bulletproof. Love 'em. Well worth the minor effort they require to tap out the handlebars. They provide the tap as well. The mirrors are good as secondary mirrors but I wouldn't be comfortable with them as primary mirrors on the road. Here's a before-mirror pic -
