G wife and I are shopping for a winter home down south. Sayulita and San Pancho are on our on our short list.
We'll be down the first week of March. We'll take your up on the offer for free info. Probably want to hook up for a tour of the area some too.

i'm taking a fellow inmate on a similar day tour next week.
they want to buy a house in the near future. gonna pick them up from their hotel and we'll check out all the towns north of PV and then drop em back off. i've visited most nooks and crannies and know the area very well.

Bill, we made it home safe and sound. We really appreciated you taking the time to give us a very informed tour of the area north of PV. That fish on a stick in Guayabitos was awesome. Sayulita is a very nice town with a great beach, you picked a good spot to live. I will highly recommend that other inmates use your knowledge and people skills to help them understand the area. I am planning to come to PV in 2013-- I know it's a long time away but I have to save up.

Any news on bike hire? More or less any size, small is OK but in the UK I ride K75 and R100R

sorry bike rentals have fallen through.
only doing guided rides for those who ride down or day trips in my car.

i'll be leaving the area april 1 for colorado and the summer riding season.
not sure if i'll be returning this next year as of yet.

I wont have much spare money, The plan would be to ask him to buy something cheap ride it for a bit and then dump it if I could not sell it on.

How much to they go for if they are an old dog that runs? Honda CG125 would be good cos they are simple
