My KLR & I
I thought I would post some pictures of my ride to Baja Mexico from Vancouver that I took Dec 24/11 to Jan 25/12.
  My 2004 KLR 688  Trying to find room in my shed to get my bike ready for the trip.     Like always it was raining when I left Vancouver.  After crossing the border into Washington the rain let up a little.  Still rain off and on in Oregon.   Some morning frost once I crossed into California.    Once I made it to Burbank I met up with Joel who kindly put me up for the night and the next morning we crossed into Mexico.  Joel........h8chains  Our first stop for the night and it was brrrrrr.                Stopping for a drink.    Joel      Getting some directions.  Lunch                         San Felipe for the night.   While getting some gas ran into a few other ADV riders from BC.         Pavement ends here!   3000 km on my Kenda 270. Like new still.

            Smallest dog I have ever seen.   Coco            Met this guy in the middle of nowhere.    Not sure where he was going? There was nothing around for miles but desert.  I hope he made it. lexluther11 screwed with this post 03-29-2012 at 05:59 PM |
