I almost like the arty better'n the tanks now (T57). Too bad the other players don't know enough to protect the artillery.

Now I wish I could get more experience points faster........without draining my paypay account so I can get a longer range gun.

Oh, and one other sneaky thing you can do....as you play the maps more, you will start to learn the usual ambush spots. Look at those in the overhead view and watch for shot trails and then you can take shots at tanks you can't see. I've killed and been killed doing this.

It's too bad to get to the M4 sherman I have to run the POS M3 Lee. It looks daunting with the main-gun, turret-gun, and machine-gun in a turret. Too bad the usable gun is the one not in a turret. That's right, I'm a TD without the big gun and heavy armor. Nice.

I've been playing the M2 MT (Elite) because it's more fun. Just trying to get past the Lee I guess. I tried to find you but it didn't work. Ping me if you're on.

atleast one person needs to have a premium account, then they can create a platoon and invite their non premium friends....

I feal your pain on the M3, that was a brutal grind, thankfully I had the M7 at the same time and am past both...

Well that was a complete waste of time. After a LONG time downloading and another HUGE install, I cant click on the "accept" button on the EULA agreement. I've installed Windows XP faster than this bloated thing.
I'll give it another try later, so far I am so impressed that I've already found the QUAD-BAZILLION files it installed so I can verify it uninstalls itself correctly.
I'll try again later before I nuke the whole damn thing.

Edit: I just looked, this thing installed 43,703 Files, 4,974 Folders !!!! HO-LEE-SHIT!!! thats gotta be a record, Thats bigger than the entire Microsoft Developers Profession Visual Studio, and i thought that was huge!

you have to scroll the agreement to the bottom before you can except it. Works just like the one on World of Warcraft.

don't know but World of Warcraft does it after every big patch, and they have two of them you have to scroll down to the bottom each time. I have never read them. I did how ever glance through the one for world of tanks because it's free to play. didn't want and advertising crap on my comp.

I take it theres cheats in this game? I shot a guy 8-10 times today and he didnt die. I was like whatever dude. wish i could get faster tanks. it wont let me but anything but I have enough $$. maybe I need more EXP?

crashman, you have to research any improvements or new tanks before you can buy them.....and yes, some games can be really frustrating. Think of the hit mechanism like playing D&D. Sometimes you roll that 20 and score big and sometimes, you roll a 1, ten times in a row. There aren't any cheats that I'm aware of though. Just keep playing, eventually the good outweighs the bad.

In other news, I just got my first Top Gun award.....with my M37. The game must have given me the random Orbital Strike Laser upgrade for that match because I got 6 good kills. I also got called a hack for the first time. M2 MT with a derp gun, in town on Lakeville and I popped a SU-76 across the lake. He never even saw me.

I'm seeing hackers here and there, but they're not prolific yet.

I figured out how to play, finally, and am grinding through. What I'd like to know, is, is there any way to speed up experience, in order to speed up research? I don't see a way to convert gold into the little stars, so I'm not sure what the point of throwing them cash is if there's nothing to spend it on. Bought 3000 gold, and haven't used a third of it, and not for trying.
