How fast does it go?
Can you drive it back home or do you have to tow it? |

Cushman Truckster! That's awesome, was it really used as a meter maid? If so it could possibly have the "high speed" rear differential gears and you'll see about 40mph. I want a diesel one and make it my apocalypse vehicle.

It only goes 40 MPH? I'd recon more than that from 600 cc. If so thats aweful even for a Truck Scooter sort of thing.
I guess it'd still be a blast in the city. It'd be cool. I'd love to have one to screw around it. If its a reasonable price, I'd say fuck it man go for it!

its probably a single cylinder also its probably a really old engine design and has the aerodynamics of a brick lol

its got i think a suzuki motor, and i have to have to trailered home (flat tires, been sitting but will crank and run)
yeah, cushman truckster. the motors are governed, this is an ex police model so high hopes....but i can derestrict it no issues. its more for going around town and some camping trips, unless i can get it to at least 50... but i do plan on rocking some bigger/wider tires. unless i can find me one of these:

Forde yea I recon your right. Probably horrible aerdynamics and a slow reving motor with limited gears. But it's still cool!
Rev how much you gonna pay for it? I think it is pretty damn neat though. Cool little thing for screwin around town and all that shit in. Cool how that there cabs fully inclosed!

Parts are easy to find on the net. around 2 grand is the selling price for projects. As to what to do with them heres some ideas. Tthen again your could turn the box on it into a pop up camper . How good of dealer are you getting? If the engine is fried people have put small diesel engines in them. Some then make there own bio diesel fuel. Then again it's always smells like fish and chips as you drive. YOu could hire a someone to ship it from uship.com . Rent a Trailer from uhaul or some other place. Offer a case of beer and some cash to someone here on ADV whom lives around you.
