It's a tall bike for me for sure. I already sawzall'd the tit off the kickstand so it doesn't auto retract.

Installed some homemade led driving lights (to cheap to buy Denali's). Gutted some old lights I had and put in 9w led MR16's. Keeps the watts freed up for the heated jacket and hopefully reduces the chance of cars pulling out in front of me.

30oz MSR fuel bottle, almost 1/2 gal of extra fuel if you do one on both sides. 6.5" sweetcheeks from the KLX fits this bike also.

Ok, I'm intrigued. What size Sweet Cheeks would I need for my 2002 KLR with a stock seat? I can't swing a new seat this year!

Is there a dinner planned for this coming Thursday? If so, at GC?

Several of the guys, myself included are going to the Ghost Rider 2 Movie preview at Kenwood Theater. I have free tickets. Call me at Sport tour if you want to go. Next Tuesday the group will be at Golden Corral.

Is it the whole seat, or foam and cover only? I have been looking online at the kit and considering it, if you have the whole setup including pan I am definitely interested.

I have done a couple of 1,000 mile + trips and my only real complaint is a sore (not pompous

Foam and cover for $159 for $20 I'll put it on. Complete with new pan is $314
